Hi there, it's everyone's most hated poster Jack!
I would like to critique (might come off as a rant) the server as many you know it's very low on players and is not growing.
My first problem is the leadership role.
We all know Rusty is Owner, but he doesn't do a good job of being owner and taking leadership in the server. Now being very inactive and taking, in my opinion, rash decisions.
As of right now, I would think JimmyKnight as the "leader of skydawgs" only because of how active he is. I personally think it shouldn't be this way, if he was supposed to be the leader of SkyDawgs, he should've been an Admin at the very least.
I also don't like how rushed things must be. Back when SkyDawgs still had a "normal player count", we had 2 devs. One of them states being completely disregarded which I do believe (might be a bit of an exaggeration but the truth still holds) and the other being completely overworked, which I compare to a worker in a Chinese factory as many of them are overworked. Now we don't have any devs to make anything new to freshen the server up, and if we got one, they'll probably get overworked as well.
Another problem, the community's input.
There is no input between the players and the staff! Any input as been ignored and if input is asked, it's still ignored! The only input I've seen that's actually been taken notice of is someone suggesting for a rank worth $100 US. I found that EXTREMELY disappointing since it is too late to have one. Hardly anyone is on the server now, so the chances of a donation is really low. I don't think anyone who is above the age of 10 and knows money would donate that much in the current state of SkyDawgs.
I also have a problem with staff.
Before you ask, no, I don't have anything against any individual staff. My problem is the lack of solving the issues. The staff should want to be staff. It's understandable if they want to resign, but listen to the reason why they left. It could've been something prevented.
On another note, I refuse to believe a staff member should be demoted if they act in any unprofessional way if it's not on the server itself. I will understand if it was on the server, but on another server? That's completely idiotic in my opinion. That's like having an employer or boss to stalk or have someone stalk a specific employee and fire them for getting drunk one night. Once they're off the server, I think they should be able to do whatever they want as it's they're buisness.
I would also like to add staff need to be pushed harder as many of them are inactive. The less staff means the staff need to double they're work if they're already not working.
I would also like to note that earlier today, I was critized by someone who should not be named as for respect for them for my use of sarcasm and that I was playing around. This member was ticked off and decided to use the public chat in the Discord to throw some insults. I would've been find if that's all he did as I did say some rude things about him in other places. But the reason I'm saying this is because I have a suspicion about him and will not go into detail until I know it is true.
